Site Manager Buttons Disappeared - Can't Click or Access Anything Other Than Site List

Have you ever seen an instance where you open RentCafe Site Manager, and none of the normal buttons/menu options are available?

This will happen if you attempt to open RentCafe CRM and RentCafe Site Manager at the same time. It's something about the system UI/interface of each platform that doesn't cooperate with one another. It's been like this for awhile, and honestly, I'm not sure if it will ever get resolved.

The only way to fix it for sure is to clear your browser cache/cookies for ALL time and then re-open YardiOne/Site Manager. To avoid it from happening again, you'll need to make sure you exit CRM before you try to open Site Manager.

Note: If you don't see CRM and Site Manager tabs in the same browser window, double check to see if you have any other windows open! And when in doubt, clear cache/cookies.
