How to Clear Your Browser Cache/Cookies for All Time (What are Cookies/Cache?)

Cookies are files created by sites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing data. The cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit.

From time to time, old data can get cached (or stored) and can cause performance issues on certain websites/modules.

As a best practice, users should clear their browser cache/cookies on a regular basis. Especially if a known system/module upgrade has occured, or in the event their webpage/module is not behaving as expected.

More often than not, clearing your browser's cache/cookies for all time can resolve performance issues/errors. (You can think of it like removing cobwebs from the doorframe that leads to the webpage.)

To clear your caches/cookies, you can either hit the “CTRL”+”Shift”+”Delete” keys on your keyboard OR you can navigate to the top right corner of your browser window > click the 3 dots > settings > cache. (see screenshots below)
