Projected Occupancy Report - Best Practice
The Projected Occupancy in Yardi Voyager report should be pulled one week minus one day (6 days) from the start of the week.
For example, If we wanted to pull an 8 week projected week occ report for BWA with data starting from Monday 6/16/25, we would need to pull the report with a start date of Sunday 6/22/25. Below is a screenshot example.
When we pull the report with these filters, we can drill into the move-ins column and see that there is activity from that Monday 6/16 date present.
If we were to pull the report using today's start date, it would not include this week's data.
