Choosing The Correct Department For Your Ticket Request

Below is a list of request types by department for you to use as a handy reference and to help you better navigate as you are placing tickets.

Paylocity and HR questions are handled outside of the ticketing system and should be directed to our HR team at aghumanresources@ackermanngroup.com.

Computer, Email, Password, Log In, Network, Software and Hardware issues should be submitted directly to Cforward at support@cforward.com or 859-442-7877.
